How do I care for my bag?
What’s your return policy?
An item is eligible for return if it is unworn, undamaged, and unused. Once your item is received by us and we confirm it meets our return requirements, you will be emailed a store credit code (valid for 180 days from the issue date). Please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect your item after we receive it.
Returns must include all original receipts, tags, and accompanying packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the order ship date. You can visit our return center for further instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, as all our products are made to order.
Do you offer gift cards ?

How long is my store credit valid for?
Your store credit code expires 180 days from issue date.
