Shipping & Returns
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Changes include shipping/billing addresses, shipping & payment methods, applying promo codes, removing or adding an item in your order, etc.
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you.
Order processing takes 1-4 business days upon payment approval, excluding weekends and holidays.
All stated shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer and will require a signature upon delivery.
PLEASE ANTICIPATE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IN THE WORKPLACE.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
K.SMITH will not be liable for any damaged, defected, lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon third party shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
K.SMITH accepts returns of unworn, undamaged, and unused products within 14 days of the order ship date. After 14 days all sales are final.
All sale items are final.
Returns must include all original receipts, tags, and accompanying packaging.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/s that does/does not meet our return policies.
K.SMITH does not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process stated above.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
