What’s your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
A refund will be issued within 15 days from K.SMITH receiving it. All returns must be returned unused, uncleaned and in the same condition in which they were delivered with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories, using their original packaging. All sale items are final.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/s that does/does not meet our return policies. K.SMITH does not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process stated above. All shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.

Shipping
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
